There is news that Nayanthara will be marrying Prabhu Deva during the month of December. Nayanthara who was busy in Tamil and Telugu films is not accepting any new films these days.

Seetha made her debut as heroine in the Tamil film Aan Pavam. She continued to do female lead roles in numerous Tamil and Telugu films. She also did the female lead role in the film Puthiya Paadhai which was directed by Parthiban.

This was the first film he directed. At that time romance blossomed between Seetha and Parthiban. But Seetha’s family was against this marriage. Because of this Seetha left them.

Seetha and Parthiban got married clandestinely. This marriage took place some 20 years ago. The couple had two daughters Abhinaya and Keerthana. They also had an adopted son Radhakrishna. After few years after their marriage there were dispute between the two.

Both got separated after applying for mutual divorce. After the divorce Seetha was living with her parents. The elder daughter Abhinaya is living with Seetha while the youngest one Keerthana and son Radhakrishna are living with Parthiban.

Since Seetha did not get heroine roles she switched over to TV serials. She is also doing mother roles in the movies. At this stage she fell in love with TV actor Sathish. They both started moving with intimacy. They both lived as husband and wife in the same house. They have decided to get married in the traditional way. Both of them got married at Seetha’s residence in Saligramam in their presence of parents.

 

Seetha while speaking to the media said,” I got married for the second time since I needed a companion. I am very happy that Sathish has come into my life. I am really proud that I have got married to Sathish. It is very difficult to live without a man in the old age. That is why I married Sathish. I have already got two daughters and I am not for another child.”

Anushka confused

After the success of Singam, Anushka is flooded with offers. Currently she is pairing with Simbhu in Vaanam. She has also agreed to pair with Vijay in a film. In between she is getting lot of offers in Telugu.




Now Anushka is confused to select between Tamil and Telugu. Now she is shocked that the Telugu film Kaleja in which she paired with Mahesh Babu has flopped. Anushka who is number one in the Telugu film industry is in a fix because of this.



Ileana and Kajol Agarwal who is next to her is very keen catch her place. Her close friends have advised,” If you act in both the languages film, you will lose the number one position in Telugu. So concentrate in Telugu than in Tamil.”

Interview with Shazahn Padamsee

Shazahn Padamsee is a new lightening in Tamil cinema. She is doing the female lead role in the film Kanimozhi. She made her debut in the Hindi film Rocket Singh which had Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. She recently gave an interview to the media.

What is the meaning of your name?



My father wanted a name that has not been kept so far in the whole world. Shazahn means world beauty. In Tamil they asked me to change the name. I did not want to change this beautiful name that my father kept. You can call be world beauty.



How did you get the opportunity to act in Kanimozhi?



I wanted to act in cinema. That’s all. I wanted to act in Tamil and Telugu films. But the Ad film I acted with Sharukh Khan gave me the opportunity to act in a Hindi film. When I heard the story of Kanimozhi, I liked it very much. I immediately came to Tamil. My character name in this film is Anu. I am doing the role of a bubbly girl. In real life also I am a bubbly girl. The story revolves around me. The whole film has live recording except for me. My voice is dubbed. I love this film.

Anushka whose real name is Sweetie Shetty while speaking to the media said,”Vaanam is my fourth Tamil film. This film is remake of Telugu film Vedam.

This film has a good storyline. I am donning the role called Saroja. It is very happy to work with the team like Simbhu, Bharath, Vega, Soni Agarwal and Prakash Raj. Normally I am very interested in dancing. Simbhu is also good dancer.

Both of us have shaken our legs for a Kuthu song which is going definitely enthrall the audience. Many are asking me whether I know yoga. Lot of changes has happened in my life. Some of the changes have happened due to yoga. Cinema is one such thing.

When I was doing Plus Two I opted for statistics. When I joined college I did B C A. When I completed college, I got interested in yoga. Immediately I joined yoga class and started learning it systematically. The instructor for my yoga class was Bhagat’s friend.

This yoga is helping me keeping my physique and health fit. Director Nivas introduced me into cinema. I came to cinema without any knowledge of cinema. But the film Arundhathi gave me the status of best actress and made me popular.

When I don’t have shooting I do yoga, otherwise there is no time for me to do yoga continuously. Many are asking me about the secret of my beauty. I exercise 30 minutes every day. I drink lot of water. I finish my dinner by 8 pm. Apart from this no secret. I always feel that we should protect the beauty given to us by nature. May be this could be the secret.”

Utthamaputhiran is a film which is the remake of the Telugu super hit film Ready. Dhanush and Genelia are in the lead roles. Mithran R Jawahar is directing this film. M V Mohan Appa Rao and T Ramesh Tandra are jointly producing this film.

The audio launch of this film was held in Chennai recently. Actress Sneha lit the Kuthu Vilakku (lamp) and started the function. Director K S Ravikumar who participated in this function said,” Genelia is a beautiful actress. Though her teeth is big, she is still charming and beautiful.”

Actors Dhanush, Genelia, Tamil Film Producers Council secretary K Muralidharan, producers Kalaipuli S Dhanu, R B Chowdary, director Mahendran, music composer Vijay Anthony also participated in this event and spoke.

Debut actor says that he has not seen Shakeela’s film

He did a bit of tough role in his debut film. Aswin donned the role of an idiotic son of Rajendran and made the audience laugh.



One can never forget about the person who had tough time in clearing his 10th exams in the film Boss Engira Bhaskaran. He is Aswin. But in real, he has completed his BBA in Sathyabama College.



Aswin did not have tough time to make his debut in cinema since he is the son of the producer Swaminathan who produced films like Anbe Sivam under the banner Lakshmi Movie Makers. Now they are producing a film titled Atta Nayagan. But instead of introducing his son in his own production, Swaminathan made him debut in another production house film because his son can get lots of experience.



With his own effort he got the opportunity to act in Kanimozhi but his second film Boss Engira Baskaran got released first and made him a great success.



He was also lucky to act with Shakeela in Boss Engira Baskaran. When asked him about the experience acting with her, he said,” People have told a lot of good things about her. I swear that I have not seen any of her films.”

Prabhu’s wife files case against Nayantara

Prabhu Deva wife Latha aka Ramalath filed a petition in family court in Chennai seeking to direct Prabhu Deva to live with her. She also said in her plea that Prabhu Deva has not been taking care of her and her family after he allegedly fell in love with Nayantara.

Pabhu and Latha got married on 8th of September, 1995. They had three sons. One of their sons passed away due to Cancer.

She found noticeable changes in her husband’s attitude towards her and their sons after Prabhu started directing the movie ‘Villu’ “There were rumours that he fell in love with actress Nayantara, who was part of the movie. My well wishers too informed me about their relationship.





Recently a website carried my husband’s interview in which he was quoted as saying that he would marry Nayantara soon.” She also stated Prabhu Deva had stopped coming to the house and neglecting their children. She urged the court to direct her husband to live with her.

She also stated in the her plea that Nayanatara is spreading rumours that she had offered her (Latha) Rs 3.85 crore and jewels to divorce Prabhu Deva and agree for their marriage, which  had affected Latha a lot.

The super hit Telugu film Vedam is being remade in Tamil with the titled Vaanam.

Simbhu is donning the role of a cable operator. Anushka dons the role of a commercial sex worker. Bharath is a jolly good youngster.

Prakash Raj, Jagan, Ravi Prakash, Sneha Ullal, Sonia Agarwal, Vega and Saranya are also starring in this film.

Simbhu, Bharath, Anushka and Sneha Ullal entangle themselves in problems individually. All the four meet in a hospital. How their problems are solved there is the story of the film.

Krish who directed the Telugu film Vedam is directing the Tamil version also. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for the lyrics penned by Na Muthukumar.

Lekha says that why she has not paired with Simbhu

Lekha was supposed to pair with Simbhu in the film Kettavan. She also acted in the first schedule but she was removed from the film because her acting was not satisfactory.

In between this film also shelved. After this, she made her debut as heroine in the Tamil film Jayamkondan. She also acted in the Telugu film Vedam.

This film is being remade in Tamil with the title Vaanam. Simbhu is doing the lead role. Lekha was offered the same role she did in the Telugu version. But it seems she has refused this role because was responsible for removing her from Kettavan.

When asked Lekha about this, she said,” People are telling that I refused this role because I have to act with Simbhu. It is not like that. I don’t like to do the same role again and again. Next I will be donning the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter in the Hindi film titled Power. I am pairing with Ajay Devgan in this film.”

Looks like Anushka is all set to romance Vikram. For, sources say the yoga tutor turned actress has signed a film with the 'Cheeyan' which would be directed by Vijay of 'Madrasapattinam' fame.

It is said that the director met the actress when she was in Chennai recently for her another upcoming film 'Vaanam' and narrated the story and the importance of her character.

"Impressed by it, Anushka immediately expressed her consent to be a part of the film. This will be her first film with Vikram and she is thrilled about the project", sources add.


Anushka, who has acted in Tamil with Madhavan, Vijay and Suriya, is a top actress in Tollywood. Impressed by her performance in 'Arundhathee', Silambarasan has roped in her for 'Vaanam'.

Actress Asin while speaking to a news channel today revealed on how she managed to become an actress.

She reveals that she used to score very good marks in studies! “I was very good in studies. But there is also a general perception that a person who is very good at studies does not take care of her looks. But even in my school, I used to maintain my body and looks in good shape and also score good marks” she reveals!

She says that she managed to mix her studies and looks correctly.

She also defended about reports that she usually does not attend parties in Bollywood. Generally I am not a big party person and I heard some people say that attending parties is very important to get roles. But if I do a good film, then my work would get recognized and I would keep on getting film offers” she says.
